Are the boxers visible under clothing?

No. Thanks to their seamless construction and smooth profile, Mentract boxers stay completely invisible under jeans, trousers, shorts, and activewear.

 

What materials do you use?

Our boxers are made from a premium, skin-friendly organic cotton blend, combined with high-elasticity fibers that offer durability, structure, and breathability.


How do I choose the right size?

If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort.

How long does shipping take?

For the UK & Ireland, delivery takes 4–9 working days with fully tracked Priority Shipping.


 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by region and will be shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

  • UK & Ireland: £4.99 Priority Tracked Shipping
  • Worldwide: Shipping cost calculated at checkout
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over €100
  • Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened underwear cannot be returned unless defective.

 

How do I request a return?

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • A photo if the item is defective

 

Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes. We offer one free size exchange per order.
